the setting is fantastic and unbeatable, just off shinjuku area and all the nightlife in kabukicho and shinjuku and golden gai and shinjuku area in general. besides, we really enjoyed the lake, located within 15 mins walk of the hotel. the rooms are well-equipped here with jacuzzi tub and the tv, as example. the service at the lobby is good.

The staff there were amiable and accommodating. The rooms were big and huge with a fantastic service. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and bathroom was excellent.

This is surely the best classic hotel, incredibly nice staff, soundproof rooms. It has great and amazing location, 16 miles away from the airport. Shinjuku Ward district definitely deserves exploring. Thank you for a such great stay...

We loved that good standard and reasonably priced hotel. The room we had was reasonably large and soundproof and complete with the bathroom, a tea plus jacuzzi.

The staff at An Shinjuku Kabukicho were incredibly helpful during our stay. When we arrived, we were initially given a room that didn't match the internet images and smelled of smoke. However, the staff quickly rectified the situation and moved us to a different room. Their prompt action made our 5-day stay much more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its attentive service and willingness to ensure guest satisfaction.

Loved the big TV with all the entertainment options, and having a laptop and computer in the room was a nice touch. The 24-hour front desk was handy for all my late-night needs.

Oh, and the designated smoking areas were just delightful. Nothing like a cloud of smoke to enhance a romantic getaway.
